Last December, Dynniq replaced 900 conventional SOX lamps by LED PS-T lamps of Saled in Maarn and Doorn (Municipality Utrechtse Heuvelrug). The improved light image led to many positive reactions from residents, which encouraged the municipality to order another 750 LED PS-T’s. These will be placed in January in Leersum and Driebergen-Rijsenburg.
Dynniq installs a total of 1650 18 watt LED PS-T lamps in the Municipality Utrechtse Heuvelrug as replacement for the conventional 18 watt SOX lamps. Because the use of a ballast is not necessary anymore for the Saled LED PS-T, every new light source saves 8 watt – more than 30% – on energy.
The light output remains the same when replacing, but the colour recognition improves: the 3000K lamps of Saled are brighter and whiter compared to the conventional 18 watt SOX lamps with a colour temperature of 2200K. This led after the replacement in Maarn and Doorn to very positive reactions of both residents and municipality.
