In August, Saled installed LED light sources at Association of Owners (VvE) Otra Banda in Driebergen. More and more VvE’s are noticing that energy consumption is a major cost item. Thanks to Saled’s experience with several Owners’ Associations, the LED lamps at the VvE in Driebergen were installed within a week.
The communal areas of the building located in Driebergen are equipped with new LED lamps. The stairwells are illuminated by the new porch fixtures and the fixtures outside were fitted with new LED PS-C lamps. In addition, the escape route lighting in the galleries and parking garages has been replaced. With these changes, the VvE saves 7,436 kWh per year. The reduction in power consumption will result in a CO2 reduction of 429 kg per year and a reduction in sulphur emissions of 3160 g per year. The investment will be recovered within four years.
Satisfied VvE illuminated with LED
VvE Otra Banda came into contact with Saled after an interview in the magazine ‘Appartement en Eigenaar’ (Apartment and Owner), in which four owners’ associations praised the LED supplier. The management of the VvE is very satisfied with the result and the future savings. Saled thanked VvE Otra Banda for the assignment with a tasteful treat.
