This spring, Saled fitted the entire GSG Guido schoolbuilding at the Paladijnenweg in Amersfoort with energy efficient LED lighting.
An installation team of Saled fitted 1421 new durable LED light sources to replace the conventional spotlights, fluorescent tubes and PL-C lamps. The Saled LED spotlights, LED PS-C lamps and LED tubes combined save over 66% energy, resulting in an annual saving of more than €25.000.
With this investment in durable LED lighting, the school will not only save on electricity costs, but also reduces the CO2-emission by 80.038kg per year.
– Because of the EMC-certification of the Saled products the digital network of the school will not be disrupted.
– Most of the lighting was replaced during holidays, teachers and students experienced almost no hinder.
– The investment will be earned back within 2,7 years.
